Pricing
Booking
Booking is simple, just call or email us for availability. You should have an idea of when you would like to come when you enquire.
When you have found dates you are happy with, the following terms apply:
50% of the treatment fees are required at the time of booking as a non refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
In the event that your booking is within 6 weeks, 100% of the balance is due at the time of booking.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque. Paypal incurs a 4% transaction fee.
More than 6 weeks - We will attempt to transfer your treatment to another set of dates
2-6 weeks – 75% of total
7-14 days – 90% of total
less than 7 days – 100% of total
In the event of a genuine emergency we will generally offer the option of simply transferring to a later date. We would ask that in this situation, you do your best to provide reasonable evidence of geuine emergency.
